Emily Sun

A leadership and strategy consultant, specialising in youth sector organisational development, Emily is particularly interested in systemic, multi-stakeholder approaches that transform outcomes for children and young people.

Emily was previously at Eli Lilly and Co, as HR Director for the UK and R&D operations across Europe.  She is a trustee at Unlocking Potential (which supports young people with social, emotional, and mental health issues), DFN-Project SEARCH (supporting young people with learning disabilities into employment), and the Royal National Children’s SpringBoard Foundation (a social mobility charity that helps marginalised young people access opportunities at some of the UK’s leading schools).
