Emma Plenty

Emma is one of our Programme Managers. In her role, she has worked closely with numerous universities and schools.

Her experience of studying as a first-gen university student from a failing secondary school has made her especially passionate about supporting students from underrepresented backgrounds to get the most out of their time at uni.

She joined the team in December 2019, after graduating from the University of Bristol with a first-class degree in Sociology. For her dissertation, she interviewed fellow student feminists about their experiences with sexual harassment to shed light on the issue. She is proud of what she accomplished during her degree and continues to enjoy learning about sociological matters.

In her spare time, Emma loves documentaries and always has a recommendation for a podcast or series!
